Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in the same condition they were received by the customer, complete, without damage, unused, and in the original packaging.

If the return is not made within 14 days or if the product packaging has been opened, www.hairohair.gr may refuse the return and replacement.

Furthermore, for all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all the documents that came with it (e.g., packaging, retail receipt, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to contact https://hairohair.gr, either by email through the contact page or by phone at 210 2209918, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In case of our mistake (wrong product shipment), the costs will be covered by us. In case of a change of mind by the recipient, the costs will be borne by them.

Items will be returned through the shipping company we cooperate with (once you have contacted us). If you choose a different shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (even in case of our mistake).

Product changes are made once the returned products are received.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, send an email through the contact page or call 210-2209918, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

If any product from your order is not in stock, we will contact you to either replace it with another product or refund your money.

All special offers and samples are valid until stocks are exhausted.

Shipping Terms

FREE shipping for purchases over €65.
Delivery time varies from 1-3 business days.
Other charges:
– Purchases below €65 are subject to a €2.50 shipping fee.
– Cash-on-delivery service, if selected as the payment method, incurs a €2 charge, regardless of the order amount.
– If the shipment is to “Remote & Inaccessible” areas (click here to check the area), additional shipping charges may apply.

TIP: Avoid additional charges for inaccessible areas by choosing delivery to the local ACS store.

Any transaction fees are entirely borne by the buyer.
